What is intuition and how can it guide you?
Carl Jung said ‘Intuition is perceived via the unconscious that brings forth ideas, images, new possibilities, and ways out of blocked situations”.
In my practice as an energetic healer often my lovely clients will sit across from me and say,
“I just want to know if x is going to happen?
I’ve been there too.
I’ve wanted the answers to come from somewhere, or someone, perhaps a psychic or tarot reader.
There is nothing wrong with seeking external support or guidance, but it’s also important to know that you often have the answers within.
How Can An Energy Session Enhance Your Intuition?
In sessions, we shift the energy in your body and this can help clear doubt and uncertainty. When this energetic shift happens, suddenly the questions start to subside. The unconscious begins to give you clues and inspired information. It can sound something like…
“Make that call, apply for that job, release that relationship, give yourself more love, breath, let go, let go.
It’s all going to be OK“
The body starts to speak to you. You become your own mystic, your own guide.
How do you know when you are operating from Intuition?
The truth is our intuition speaks to us every day, the more we can connect to our own energy, and listen to our body, the clearer the guidance becomes.
Empaths often have a heightened intuition and it’s very common for empaths to have psychic abilities. However, this can become blocked when we over-give or have poor boundaries.
After all, if we are constantly reading the room or taking on other people’s energy how can we listen to the call of our intuition?
For an empath, the key is separating from other people’s energy and emotions, and tuning into our internal guidance.
A Kinesiology session can be a powerful way to connect to your energy and learn tools to heighten your intuition. Reach out here, if you would like to know about how I can help you.
